Learn the skill of movement. Pick up some basic fitness, strength, coordination and agility routines and layer skill sophistication week after week in friendly, small bespoke groups where you will be carefully matched with participants of equal ability.
Brightonfit group personal training weaves together spanking new and innovative ideas in primal fitness, metabolic conditioning, functional strength, tactical fitness, suspension training, traction work, and joint mobilisations with some of the fail proof more traditional methods of fitness like circuits, aerobics, yoga, running, resistance training and body balancing work.

Groups are made from a minimum of 4 clients with no more than 8. Currently running groups are displayed in the top right hand section of each page. If the time and place for an established group suits you please express your interest in the message section of the application page or call us. Alternatively get in touch with us to suggest a new session time that we can try and group others into or bring a pre-formed group to us and tell us where and when you want us!
